Good morning, friend. Let us introduce you to our herd.
For generations, SSS Farms has been raising premium Angus cattle right here in the rolling hills of Crouse. We take pride in every animal, every pasture, and every relationship we build along the way.

A family tradition rooted in the Carolina soil
SSS Farms sits along the quiet stretch of North Carolina Highway 182 in Crouse, a community where neighbors know each other by name and the rhythm of the land still sets the pace of life. Our Angus herd is the heart of everything we do.
We raise our cattle with patience and care — giving them room to roam, proper nutrition, and the kind of attentive management that produces consistently strong, healthy animals. Whether you are a fellow producer, a local butcher, or someone who simply values knowing where your food comes from, we would be glad to welcome you.

What makes our herd stand apart
Every animal that leaves SSS Farms carries with it the assurance of careful breeding, proper care, and a standard we are proud to put our name on.
Registered Angus Bloodlines
Our herd is built on proven genetics — cattle selected for temperament, fertility, and the marbling that makes Angus the gold standard in beef production.
Pasture-Raised & Naturally Managed
Our cattle graze on open pasture across seasons, supplemented with quality forage. We prioritize low-stress handling and natural growth over shortcuts.
Direct from the Farm
We work directly with buyers, families, and local establishments who want transparency. No middlemen, no mystery — just a handshake and a phone call.
Selective Breeding Program
We invest in thoughtful selection — pairing bulls and cows for traits that matter: calving ease, growth rate, and the consistent quality our customers expect.
Flexible Availability
Whether you need replacement heifers, feeder calves, or a full load for processing, we coordinate timing to match your schedule and needs.
Local & Trusted
We are your neighbors. Based right here in Crouse, we believe in showing up, keeping our word, and treating every transaction like a long-term relationship.
The principles that guide every decision we make
Animal Welfare Comes First
Every choice we make — from breeding to handling — is weighed against how it affects the well-being of our herd.
Stewardship of the Land
We manage our pastures with the understanding that healthy soil produces healthy forage, and healthy forage produces healthy cattle.
Integrity in Every Deal
We do not over-promise or cut corners. What you see is what you get — and we stand behind every animal we sell.
Generations, Not Seasons
We make decisions with the next generation in mind — building something that outlasts us all.
Life on the farm, captured in moments
